New Products: Covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, typically 12 months from the date of purchase.
Pre-Owned (Renewed) Products: Covered by a limited in-house warranty of 3 to 6 months, depending on the product condition stated at the time of purchase.
3. What Warranty Covers
Hardware defects due to manufacturing faults.
Failure of components such as the motherboard, RAM, hard drive, or power supply (not caused by misuse).
Replacement or repair of faulty parts at no additional cost within the warranty period.
4. What Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover:
Accidental or physical damage, including cracks, dents, or liquid spills.
Damage caused by power surges, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
Software issues, operating system corruption, or virus infections.
Battery wear and tear beyond normal usage.
Loss of data due to hardware failure (we recommend regular backups).
5. Warranty Claim Process

Our technical team will assess the issue and guide you through the next steps.
Products may need to be inspected at our service center to validate the claim.
Once approved, we will repair or replace the defective part, or offer a replacement unit if necessary.

Warranty claims are typically processed within 7–14 business days, depending on part availability and repair complexity. Customers will be notified of any delays.
7. Post-Warranty Service
After your warranty period expires, CY Global Technologies continues to offer paid repair and upgrade services using quality, tested components. This ensures your device remains in excellent working condition for years to come.
8. Limitation of Liability
CY Global Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including data loss or downtime, arising from product malfunction or repairs performed under warranty.
